ACCENT AQUA
In our hotel we are waiting for our guests with our own, carbonated and noncarbonated filtered water. If you would like to buy the unique bottle of the filtered water, we are at your disposal at the reception. In addition, it is possible to buy our special water-bottle at the reception, which we refill with filtered water free of charge during your stay.

The nearest ATM-s are in the city of Gyöngyös or Pásztó, however the local post office provides the opportunity of money withdrawal during its opening hours (Monday to Friday: 8.00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., lunch break is between 12:00-12:30).
BATHROBE, BEDROOM SLIPPERS
Our Housekeeping prepares bathrobes for our adult Guests in the room wardrobe. Bedroom slippers are demandable at the reception free of charge.
BICYCLE RENTAL
Bicycle rental (mountain bikes/E-bikes) is provided in our Hotel for charge during the spring, the summer and the fall. For more information please contact Reception.

Start your day with a wealthy buffet breakfast from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m. If you would like to have breakfast in your room, you can choose from our room service menu and indicate your order by phone on extension 100.
BREAKFAST TO GO/COLD MEAL PACKAGE
Cold meal package is available on demand, if you would like to leave before the appointed breakfast time. Please mention your request on the day before you need the package prior to 4 p.m.
BUSINESS CORNER
You can find a computer with Internet connection for Guest utility right next to the entrance of the Wellness free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact our reception.
CALLING ANOTHER GUEST ROOM
With the deskop telephone provided in the room, you can initiate calls inside the building. For calling another guest room, please dial the number of the room.
CAR CHARGE
At our hotel you have the possibility to recharge your electric car. The charger is located in the parking area. For assistance, please contact the reception desk.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival we have your room prepared for you as of 3.00 p.m. If you arrive before the appointed time, it is possible that your room will not be ready yet. In other case you will be able to occupy your room as soon as it is ready. If you wish to arrive early, please let us know while making the reservation. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 10.00 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please contact our Front Desk in advance. Furthermore, if the occupancy of the hotel requires, a late check-out fee might be charged.
COAT HANGERS
Hangers can be found in your wardrobe. Should you require more than the amount provided, please, do not hesitate to contact the reception (dial: 100).
CONSUMPTION
Your consumption in our restaurant and bar can be charged to your room and you may pay it before you leave our hotel.

„DO NOT DISTURB”
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang your “Do not disturb” card on your doorhandle. If phone calls should not be passed to your room, please let the Reception know. It is part of our security policy not to give out any room numbers of our hotel guests.

We serve different alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages every day of the week in our Drink Bar from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00. p.m. For more information check out the Bar’s menu.

The tap water is drinkable, however you can buy bottled still and sparkling water at the Drink Bar.

The voltage is 220V in Hungary. Please contact the reception if you need an adapter or converter.

All electric outlets in your room are off when your room key card is not inserted in the control box.
If you would like to activate the electric system in your room, insert your keycard to the box on the left or right side of the front door.

FIRE ESCAPE PLAN
Please, read the instructions carefully and locate the emergency exits! In case of fire green lights on the corridors guide you to the exits. In case you see fire, please, immediately dial extension 100 for the Reception! The fire extinguishers and fire alarms are well marked in red. In case of fire do not use the elevators! The staircase leads you to the ground floor of the hotel.
FIRST AID
Our receptionists will assist in giving first aid. Receptionist shall not give out any medication.
GAS STATION
The nearest gas stations can be found in the following towns: Pásztó, Parádfürdő, Gyöngyös. If you need help with the directions, do not hesitate to contact our reception.
GROUPS
If you arrive as member of a group, prior to your departure please settle your individual bill at the reception.
GYM
Our gym can be found in the Wellness area with the same opening hours. Equipped with cardio machines and weight training tools.
HAIRDRYER
Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms, just as in the spa area, and also can be requested at the reception.
HEATING
The room heating can be adjusted using the controller on the radiator. If you need help, contact our Reception colleagues by dialling extension 100.

According to our free capacity, we are able to provide the following tools: baby highchair in the restaurant, crib, bath tub, potty chair, toilet trainer seat in the room. Diaper pail is available in the lady’s bathroom in front of the reception on the ground floor.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
Laundry and ironing services are available on demand and for a charge. The pricelist is in the wardrobe next tot he laundry bag. Laundry service ordered before 9:00 a.m. are prepared next day 10:00 a.m. Please, contact our reception for further information.
LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES
We are waiting our guests with two indoor playrooms: for the really little ones there is on the first floor and fou our larger guests on the ground floor. At Csörgő-room you can find table football, billiard-, and table tennis table.
Several playcards and board games are available at the reception. And for those who love reading, we have a small book corner, too.

ROOM CLEANING, REPLACEMENT OF TOWELS AND SHEETS
Our Housekeepers clean daily from 12.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. every day of the week, if you require a daily cleaning at a different time, please inform the reception or dial 100. In order to protect the environment, towels and bed linens are also changed every 3 days. If you require a further change of textiles, please indicate your need at our Reception by dialling extension 100.
ROOM SERVICE

SHOE CLEANING/POLISHING, SHOEHORN
At the entrance of the hotel you will find an automatic shoe cleaning machine, which is available to our guests. You can also find shoe polishing sponge and shoehorn in the room wardrobe.

A wide range of programs are offered at our reception and we are happy to recommend various options.

You can request slippers at the reception free of charge.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire territory of the Hotel. Smoking is allowed 5 metres from the entrance and only at the designated areas which are: the public terrace on the 2nd floor and the common terrace on the 1st floor that is only available for Guests from their room. The Hotel is entitled to inflict a 30.000.- HUF fine for those Guests that offend against the rules. In case the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the building, the violator will be accountable to pay for the fire department’s fees.

TIPS
In Hungary, in absence of an integrated regulation in place, different service fees may occure on hotel/restaurant bills, it is not included everywhere. If you are satisfied with the level of the services, tips are always welcome. The generally accepted tip is around 10 to 15 percent of the total invoice amount.
